Cheyenne, WY – April 19, 2026 – Exie Brown, Republican candidate for Wyoming House District 9 and retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant, today announced the launch of the Wyoming Small Business Climate Survey. The short, anonymous online survey aims to gather honest feedback from small business owners across the state on the challenges, opportunities, and priorities shaping Wyoming’s economy.
“Small businesses are the backbone of our communities and our state’s economy,” said Brown, who owns and operates two successful small businesses in addition to his military service. “I want to hear directly from the men and women running these businesses every day — the ones who create jobs, serve our neighbors, and keep Wyoming strong. This survey is about listening, not about politics as usual.”
The survey is available now at https://wyoming-biz-climate.com. It focuses on real-world issues such as regulation, taxes, workforce needs, energy policy, and barriers to growth. Participation is completely voluntary and anonymous.
Important clarification: This survey is not intended to solicit or record how Exie Brown would vote on any specific bills if elected. It is designed solely as a tool to better understand the concerns and experiences of Wyoming small business owners so their voices can inform effective representation in Cheyenne.
Brown is encouraging chambers of commerce, business alliances, and small business support organizations statewide to share the survey link with their members and clients. Results will be reviewed and summarized to highlight common themes without identifying individual respondents.
“Wyoming already enjoys one of the best business climates in the nation thanks to our low-tax environment and pro-growth attitude,” Brown added. “But we can always do better. By listening first, we can work together to reduce unnecessary burdens, support job creators, and keep Wyoming open for business.”
Small business owners and stakeholders are invited to participate at Wyoming-biz-climate.com. For more information about the survey or the campaign, visit exiebrown.com or contact the campaign directly.
